For my sport I need to be fit and cycling is the best way to achieve the endurance and fitness we need. Before getting my bike fit from John I experienced some lower back and knee pain after long rides which took some of the enjoyment out of riding. Once John assessed the way I ride, my bike and my seating position I can now ride pain free and feel like I have more power available to me as I am in a lot better position and frame of mind. For whatever your question John has a world of experience and for over 5 years has been a great support to me and my riding group.
